In order to implement the "Implementation Opinions of The General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Supervision and Management of sewage Discharge outlets into rivers and the Sea" and guide all localities to promote the renovation and standardized construction of sewage discharge outlets, recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued two standards, "General Rules for the Supervision and Management of Technical Guidelines for the Supervision and Management of sewage discharge Outlets into rivers and the Sea" and "Standardized Construction of sewage discharge Outlets in rivers and the Sea". The release of the two standards has an important guiding role in the improvement of sewage discharge outlets and the strengthening of standardization construction, and is conducive to accelerating the improvement of environmental governance capabilities and the modernization level of governance systems.

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, sewage discharge has become one of the major environmental problems. Traditional monitoring methods have been unable to meet the real-time, accurate monitoring needs, and Tangshan Landi research and development of sewage discharge remote monitoring system, can achieve real-time monitoring, continuous data collection, real-time transmission, monitoring scope of abnormal situations in real time view and traceability, providing a new means for environmental protection. Its emergence not only means the modernization of environmental supervision, but also provides a more accurate and efficient solution for water environmental pollution control.




After the completion of the remote monitoring system of sewage discharge, the following two goals can be achieved for environmental management: First, real-time monitoring of the sewage discharge of the units under the supervision of the monitoring center (monitoring content includes: sewage volume and sewage quality), if necessary, the sewage valve can be remotely closed or automatically closed after exceeding the standard; Second, change the traditional charging model, sewage units need to hold an IC card to the Environmental Protection Bureau or online pre-payment (pre-payment of the total amount of sewage), so that the first payment of the total amount of sewage, to ensure the planned sewage system.


System function

01. Collect RS232/RS485 serial signal or 4~20mA analog signal from PH sensor, ammonia nitrogen sensor, COD sensor, total phosphorus sensor, conductivity sensor and sewage flowmeter output.

02. Collect the open and closed state of the electric valve. It is required that the on-site electric valve can receive the switching control signal, and has the output function of opening and closing in place.

03. On the spot display PH value sensor, ammonia nitrogen sensor, COD sensor, total phosphorus sensor, conductivity sensor monitoring data and sewage instantaneous, cumulative discharge and other real-time monitoring data.

04. Remote control of electric valve opening and closing. The upper computer monitoring software issues open and close commands, and the measurement and control terminal completes the control operation.

05. Support IC card recharge management function, through the IC card to measure and control terminal controller recharge management. After the cost of the monitoring point is finished, the measurement and control terminal automatically closes the electric valve and stops the sewage discharge.

06. Support to set PH value sensor, ammonia nitrogen sensor, COD sensor, total phosphorus sensor, conductivity sensor and other data over the upper limit of the measurement and control terminal automatic stop valve, stop sewage.

07. Support GPRS remote recharge function.

08. When the door of the measurement and control terminal box is opened, an alarm is reported immediately.

09. Support local and remote equipment maintenance.

10. According to the monitoring environment, indoor or outdoor measurement and control terminal box can be selected.

11. Reserve the battery interface, which can realize the power failure alarm function after connecting the battery.
