In order to meet the strict sanitary requirements of the process, the liquid level meter can be equipped with a variety of sanitary adapter adapters. The meter uses non-contact 80GHz radar technology to measure and operate without maintenance.

Measure liquid level and limit

The cleaning of process technology equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry is carried out within the framework of a proven "Clean in place (CIP)" process, which ensures that production containers are kept sterile. Here, a sodium hydroxide solution or concentrated acid is usually used as a cleaning agent, which is stored in the storage tank of the on-site cleaning equipment and diluted in the production container. The storage of cleaning agents can be optimized through liquid level measurement. Overflow and dry operation can be reliably prevented by measuring limits.
