The Woodward Model 8200-177 EM digital driver uses advanced, model-based control algorithms in the supplied Driver Interface Program (DIP) as the primary configuration tool for the device.
The DIP allows the 8200-177 to link to your PC and display real-time information on operation, calibration, alarms, shutdown, adjustments, and configuration. For example, the LED displayed on the Alarms page indicates the current status of the alarm. If any LED is red, it indicates a fault state. Normal operation is indicated by a green LED. Manual 26159 is more detailed and can be found in the "Manual" TAB on our website. The driver interface program will be located on the original disk purchased from the manufacturer, Can be found on the Woodward's website
This device
It can be customized not only through software, but also through hardware features, such as the two pressure cover plates on the bottom of the unit next to the manufacturer's label. The press cover covers two rectangular openings, each measuring approximately 2 x 5 inches. These plates allow you to drill and cut personalized holes to achieve proper wire connections. Woodward recommends that the wire feeder be waterproof to maintain an IP56 seal rating. If all the equipment is installed correctly, the 8200-177 can be pressure cleaned for easy cleaning!
