Up to three coprocessor modules can be installed next to each installed central module of the F3237 984323702 PES. The coprocessor module mainly includes:
- The clock frequency of the HD 64180 microprocessor is 10 MHz
- Operating system EPROM
- RAM for the PLC main project
Note: The RAM of the main project is buffered by the battery on the monitor module.
- Two interfaces RS 485, set baud rate up to 57,600 bps via communication software building blocks
- Dual port RAM (DPR) for communication with the central module via bus 1.
These basic functions are
- Two clock synchronization microprocessors
Each Mikroprocessor has its own memory, with one processor running with real data and programs and the other using inverted data and programs
A testable hardware comparator for all external access to both microprocessors, and if a failure occurs, the watchdog will set to a safe state and announce the status of the processor
- The flash EPROM of the program memory of the operating system and user programs can be used for at least 100.000 write cycles
- Data storage in sRAM
- Multiplexer to connect I/O bus, DPR and redundant CU (not used in H51q-MS system)
- Back up the sRAM battery through the battery on the central module and monitor it
