The IS210JPDDG3A is a DC switchboard manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VIe family used in GE distributed gas turbine control systems. DC Power distribution (JPDD) boards provide DC power distribution, power isolation, and branch circuit protection for control or I/O functions that require 125 V DC, 48 V DC, or 24 V DC power. Typical applications include DC relay solenoid valves to control power supply and contact wetting. Each output includes a fuse, a switch, and a light to indicate the presence of the output voltage. JPDD does not apply to powering I/O packets. JPDDG1 provides fuses that are coordinated with system wiring and connector ratings. JPDDG2 and G3 are used for fuse ratings that need to be coordinated with specific applications. Two different fuse sizes are available to suit local fuse preferences.

Installation:

The JPDD is secured in a plastic bracket that is mounted on a vertical DIN rail. When installing JPDD, it is important to provide a ground lead from the TB1 to the system ground. This creates a ground path for the metal switch body. The power input can be 24 V DC, 48 V DC, or 125 V DC, but there can only be one voltage level at any given time.

Controls:

Multiple JPDD boards can receive power from a single main distribution module branch circuit. The power input can be 125 V DC, 48 V DC, or 24 V DC nominal values. Two 2-pin Mate-N-Lok connectors are available for 125 V DC power supply. One connector receives input power, and the other connector can be used to Daisy chain 125 V DC power to another JPDD board. Two 4-pin Mate-N-Lok connectors are available for 24/48 V DC power supply. They perform functions similar to those of the 2-pin connectors described above. The 4-pin connector allows two pin pairs to be connected in parallel to increase current capacity. Both ends of the DC power input are not grounded.
