The PCI-5122 high resolution PXI oscilloscope consists of two channels with a spury-free dynamic range (SFDR) greater than 75 dBc and allows for flexible setting of coupling, impedance, voltage range and filtering. The oscilloscope also has multiple trigger modes, high capacity onboard memory, and an instrument driver that includes data streams and analysis functions. The device is ideal for time - and frequency-domain applications requiring high-resolution, low-noise measurements with analog bandwidths of up to 100 MS/s and 100 MHz.
It has a software-selectable dynamic range with an input range between 200 mVpp and 20 Vpp, and can be selected between input impedances of 50 ohm or 1 megohm. With a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz and a sampling rate of up to 2.0 GS/s, this oscilloscope is suitable for time - and frequency-domain measurements.
