The lever panel is a separate unit designed for flush mounting on the control position panel or bridge console. The interface is provided by the RPC420 panel controller between all devices within the control position, i.e., purchase product levers, lever panels, utility panels and indicator instruments. The RPC420 also provides interfaces to thruster controller links (LCL) that communicate via levers. Utility panels are commonly used for connecting up to twelve control panels. It contains common buttons and lights for controlling a control position and is mounted on the control position panel.

The RPC420 is also used in Marine navigation and radio communication equipment. Its panel controllers are designed to be mounted flush in the control position panel or bridge console and provide an interface between all devices in the control position, including levers, lever panels, utility panels and indicating instruments. The RPC420 also provides an interface to the thruster controller via a joystick communication link (LCL), a utility panel for connecting up to twelve lever panels and containing common buttons and lights, mounted in the control position panel.
The RPC420 complies with the general requirements of EN 60945 for Marine navigation and radiocommunication equipment and systems, ensuring reliable operation in Marine navigation and control systems. The design of the panel controller makes the operation more convenient and can meet the complex ship control needs.
