As Xu introduced, Major Technology was established in 2000, has a history of 23 years. Based on its own characteristics, the company only does basic software, that is, industrial real-time database. In this starting point, the data management, especially the management of industrial real-time database, has its own understanding. At the same time, the company provides a set of cloud-edge integrated collaborative management software, because there are a lot of data acquisition, storage and calculation in various edge and cloud. If there is no good software to support it to coordinate management, then the intelligent platform is not able to collect and manage related resources, data, computing and security in an orderly and efficient way, and it needs to be managed in an integrated way to open up and achieve real integration and coordination.
Taking the side end as an example, Xu said, for example, a factory has ten fans, each fan has its own control system and data collection system. If the cloud system does not have the ability to manage and schedule the entire edge system resources well, then it may be necessary to enter these edge systems separately for complex management and maintenance. Before, it was very difficult to operate in an integrated way.

The first difficulty is that the control system protocols of these device manufacturers, that is, the communication interfaces, are different from each other. Through our 20 years of accumulation, we have accumulated about 450 categories of agreements, and have accumulated certain experience in the implementation process. In other words, we can share these 450 protocols with the next customer. Once we encounter the same type of equipment and analysis systems, we can quickly help them deploy, which is a capability.


The second difficulty is the efficient storage and compression ability of massive real-time data. This way to store data, first of all to provide seconds, or even milliseconds of mass production data real-time acquisition, a digital factory data acquisition magnitude between one hundred thousand to one million, a group, and even ten million points, BP level data acquisition, transmission and application scenarios.

Xu said that Suzhou Majer believes that the best way to intelligent software is to integrate the native model. That is, you can combine cloud-side devices, systems, and software with your own systems (physically separate deployment, but logically integrated design). The company has recently provided an integrated approach, using a native approach to integrate the front-end and cloud side ends. At the beginning of the first scenario, the cloud architecture and the compilation structure are one, although the physical separation, but in the entire architecture, through the comprehensive consideration of the software platform, the core real-time database compression algorithm computing power is injected in each link.
