The IC660BBD101 is an Emerson Automation I/O module, part of the Genius I/O module family. The series modules are standalone panel mount devices for connecting field devices to drive components or electrical loads. It features a compact rackless design, and each I/O channel can be configured independently as an input and output channel. The IC660BBD101 is designed with eight (8) I/O channels or circuits that can be used as inputs or outputs. It operates in the voltage range 93-132 VAC, 47-63 Hz, with a nominal level of 115 VAC. It is equipped with Unit OK and I/O enabled LED indicators, which are used as module status indicators to provide the user with operational status. It also provides a dedicated LED for each circuit, which is used to determine the state of the circuit or channel. Its maximum heat dissipation is 43. 5 watts, the power supply voltage drop time is 1 cycle or 16.7 ms @ 60 Hz or 20 ms @ 50 Hz. Common parameters for the input channel include an optional filter time of 10 to 100 ms in increments of 10 ms and a typical input processing time of 2 ms plus a filter configured for the channel. The input channel is self-diagnostic and can detect open, overheated or faulty switches. Module output parameters include 2 A steady state output current, 25 A peak maximum surge current (up to 2 cycles), and A maximum block output current of 15 A@35O and 7.5 A@60O. It includes output diagnosis of electronic short-circuit trip and short-circuit, overload, no-load, switch failure and overheating.

The GE Fanuc IC660BBD101 I/O block is a separate I/O block for the GE Fanuc Genius I-O product line. It operates at an I/O rating of 115 volts AC. The IC660BBD101 discrete I/O module is a configurable smart device that acts as an interface between a communication bus and a discrete device such as a discrete actuator or sensor. The I/O module contains eight circuits, all identical, all configurable as inputs or outputs, and all rated at 115 volts AC voltage. The IC660BBD101 discrete I/O block has several useful features, including an input filtering time with selectable rates of 10 to 100 ms, output feedback for monitoring, pulse testing of all outputs, and bus switching. The GE Fanuc Genius I-O IC660BBD101 discrete I/O block does not require a separate block power supply because its control power supply comes from the I/O device voltage connected to the terminals. It operates in a voltage range of 94 to 132 volts AC and a frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz. The IC660BBD101 discrete I/O block weighs 4 pounds and measures 8.8 x 3.3 x 3.9 inches. All eight circuits on this I/O block are protected by an electronic fuse that will turn off the circuit within 5 milliseconds if the output current exceeds 30 amps when the output is turned on, or 20 amps after 2 cycles. Closed circuits can be restored by commands from the CPU or handheld monitor.
