GE Fanuc IC660EBA023 Genius I/O Thermocouple Input block The Electronic component assembly is part of a 6-channel input block designed to monitor temperature input. Each input of this electronic assembly is connected to a standard thermocouple for detecting and measuring low-level voltage input signals. The IC660EBA023 Electronics Assembly can be supplied either as a separate electronic assembly unit, including a thermocouple block and LED indicator and other electronic circuits, or as a complete factory assembly block, such as the IC660BBA023 I/O block. It consists of an electronic component assembly and a terminal assembly, such as the IC660TBA023 terminal assembly. The IC660EBA023 Electronics Assembly has six input circuits arranged into three 300-volt DC isolation groups, each with two thermocouple circuits and two remote cold end compensation (CJC) inputs to provide cold end compensation for input measurements.
Each IC660EBA023 Electronics Assembly input can be connected to thermocouples of type J, K, T, E, B, R, S, and N, and each input channel can be configured to an external sensor, an internal sensor, or a user-defined value for the CJC. The IC660EBA023 Electronics Assembly is rated to operate at 24/48 volts DC (operating voltage range 18 to 56 volts DC) with a power rating of 9.0 watts. Each IC660EBA023 Electronics Assembly input has a voltage measurement range of -25 millivolts to 150 millivolts with a resolution of +/-10 microvolts. Each input channel has an accuracy class of 8.0 Hz and a filter range of +//2 microvolts per degree Celsius. The internal CJC has a measurement range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius with a resolution of +/-0.01 degrees Celsius. The external remote CJC reports the input signal as a voltage or current analog value and provides a measurement range of -25 to 150 degrees Celsius with an accuracy class of +/-0.1 degrees Celsius.
