GE Fanuc's IC693ACC350 adapter module is a redundant power adapter module. This redundant power supply (RPS) adapter replaces the power supply on the expansion base or CPU base and then connects them to the redundant power base. The IC693ACC350 redundant power adapter is installed in the left slot on the mainboard of the IC693 device like a regular IC693 power supply. This RPS adapter has many physical features, including module LED status indicators, serial port connectors, and RAM with spare batteries. These features are the same as those found in standard programmable logic controller (PLC) power supplies. Backup batteries and serial port connectors do not work on any power supply installed on the RPS baseboard. The only LED on this RPS adapter is the "PWR" LED.
