The IC693CPU331 is a modular CPU that is part of GE Fanuc Automation's 90-30 series PLC. The CPU is equipped with an 80188 processor with a processing speed of 10 megahertz. It is also capable of scanning 1K Boolean logic in 0.4 milliseconds. The CPU has 16KB of user memory and can accommodate 512 discrete input bits. 512 discrete output bits; 128 word analog input and 64 word analog output. In addition, the CPU has an internal memory structure composed of 1280 bits discrete global memory; 1024-bit internal coil; 256-bit temporary coil; 128-bit system state reference; 2048 word register memory and 16 word system register. In addition, the CPU has 680 timer/counter units and supports shift register instructions.
