The IC697CPM914 module is a 32-bit CPU module that supports floating-point operations. The module uses an 80486DX processor with a clock speed of 32 megahertz. The power requirements for the module are 2.8 amps of nominal current and 5 volts DC. The IC697CPM914 module supports up to 512 KB of RAM.
