This 32-bit CMOS extended memory module has a capacity of 128 KB or 256 KB and features 256 KB of non-volatile flash memory. The IC697MEM731 memory module is suitable for GE 780, 781, 782, 788, and 789 cpus. It comes with memory that can be retained by the battery on the CPU.
