At the exhibition, Dongtu Technology specially launched the NewPre A5100 series intelligent controller. The product is designed for "display control" and customer application in one of the multi-service integration, high-speed and high-precision motion control, high-protection three scenarios. The A5100 uses Intewell® virtualization architecture to efficiently utilize hardware resources and improve communication efficiency and security. The show also unveiled the T-Series Card-hot swappable I/O, the T-Series all-in-one I/O and the MaVIEW SCADA. The launch of the new product also marks that Dongtu Technology can provide high-end equipment manufacturing, process industry and public utilities based on a new architecture and more comprehensive automation solutions, truly realize hardware and software collaboration, space cost dual control.
For the future of the digital factory, the company has launched an IPv6+TSN one-network to the bottom network infrastructure solution based on autonomous controllable two-wire broadband bus AUTBUS® and TSN technology. Through advanced technologies such as OFDM and 802.AS clock synchronization, the scheme significantly improves the data acquisition bandwidth and network delay performance, and realizes efficient and reliable industrial data communication.
