FBM231 Redundant Field Device System Integrator (FDSI) module Dual port field I/O device and EcoStruxure TM serial interface between FoxboroTM DCS system.
A pair of FBM231 modules are combined to provide a redundancy (FBM) level on the fieldbus module, and when field wired to two terminal components (see Figure 1) are configured, one FBM231 is the Master module and the other is the Tracker module.
