DS200 CZ1008EVA Working principle:
Input a current command signal to the coil of the torque motor to generate electromagnetic force for both ends of the armature, so that the armature drives the baffle deflection.
The deflection of the baffle reduces the flow of the nozzle and changes the pressure on the spool side connected to the nozzle, causing the spool to move to one side.
When the electrical signal is fed into the servo amplifier, the armature coil of the DS200 CZ1008EVA torque motor flows a current, generates a magnetic field, generates a rotating torque under the action of magnets on both sides, rotates the armature, and moves the connected baffle.
When the distance between the two sides of the baffle and the nozzle is the same, the drainage area of the side nozzle is the same, and the oil pressure on both sides of the nozzle is the same.
The displacement of the spool opens the passage between the oil supply port (P) and the control oil port, and passes back to the oil circuit between the oil port (T) and other control oil ports.
