Function: excitation regulator
Model IS200ERSCG1A
Operation mode Redundant or simplex
Features Provide pulse width modulation (PWM) DC output
Product description
The IS200ERSCG1A model is an excitation regulator static converter. The main function of the board is to provide pulse width modulated (PWM) DC output for voltage regulator control. Another feature of the regulator is the provision of field discharge, which is done via one of the six IGBT inverter modules. The IGBT on the module is used for a variety of other functions, one of which is discharging a DC connection capacitor to an external resistor.
When the board is powered, it usually uses rectified direct current or alternating current, or it may be used when both supply currents are supplied. The board can be used for redundant or simplex applications, and when two different applications are used, the IS200ERSCG1A will be used with different board interfaces.
The manual most suitable for use with the IS200ERSCG1A model is the manual GEI-100488, which is no longer widely available, but information about the entire EX2100 family can be found in the GEH-6632 EX2100 Excitation Control User Guide. Although this model is no longer widely used because General Electric no longer produces it.

IS20OERSCG1A is an excitation regulator static converter. The main function of the board is to supply pulse macro modulation (PWM) DC output for regulator control. Another feature of this regulator is the provision of field discharge, which is done via one of the six IGBT inverter modules. The IGBTs on the module are used for a variety of other functions, one of which is discharging the DC connected capacitor to an external resistor.
When the board is powered, it usually uses a rectified DC or AC power supply, or it can also be used when both power supply currents are supplied. When using two different applications, the board can be used for redundancy or simplex applications. IS20OERSCG1A will be used for different board interfaces.
