The Bosch Rexroth HVE04.2-W075 is a power supply that provides uncontrolled DC bus voltage to its connected drive controller.
It can operate with multiple drive controllers at the same time and includes an integrated contactor for power outages. Due to its compact size, it is suitable for tight Spaces and operates according to the supply voltage. The allowed relative humidity is as high as 95%. The unit comes with a 1-year warranty and can store 144W of power per additional mF of capacitor when connected to 3x400VAC.
The DC bus allows the connection of three additional capacitor modules, which should be located near the highest performance drive controller. The control cabinet must allow sufficient air circulation to avoid damage due to high temperatures. The device is 250 mm wide, supports three-phase systems with grounded neutrals and can be shipped worldwide. It requires a specific cable to connect to the control voltage bus.
