LT9673a is an analog output module, with strong anti-interference ability, high integration, comprehensive protection, digital, intelligent, network and other characteristics.
Main functions: LT9673a controller can protect the motor from overload, underload, phase loss, unbalance, gridlock, ground, temperature, undervoltage, overvoltage and other faults during operation.
The analog output module is to drive the hardware output and related data path, select the current set value according to the operation mode, and also reverse and provide the result to the hardware output or software output as required.
The analog output module can be set to CAS_IN and RCAS_IN automatic mode. SP outputs the set value after selecting the CASIN, SPLOCAL (local setting) and RCASIN and the feedback value by the SPSELECTOR. In order to avoid drastic changes in the set value SP, a rate limiter would be set, the rate of SP would be limited, and then the absolute value of SP would be limited by a clamper, and then a characterization compensator would be made according to special functions. SP supports a series (stage) structure. In CAS mode, the output of other modules must be used as the SP of the A0 module. The SP has standard speed and absolute value limits. At the same time, the device has the function of register mapping of cluster machine, the data of cluster machine are automatically collected to the mapping storage area of the local machine, and the host computer can respond quickly without waiting for query, which meets the demanding and timely functional requirements of the industrial site.
