Trusted@TMR 24 Vdc digital input module interfaces to 40 field input devices. Fault tolerance is achieved with 40 input channels through a triple module redundancy (TMR) architecture within the module.
Each electric field input is tripled, and the input voltage is measured using a sigma-delta input circuit. The obtained field voltage measurement results were compared with the threshold voltage configurable by the donkey
Reported field input status. This module detects open and short circuits in field cables when line monitoring equipment is installed on site. Line monitoring features include individual configuration for each input channel. Triple voltage measurement coupled with on-board diagnostic testing provides comprehensive fault detection and fault tolerance.
The module provides on-board event sequence (SOE) reports with a resolution of 1 millisecond. A state change triggers an SOE entry. The state is determined by the voltage threshold configured on a per-channel basis.
