The IC660BBA100 analog I/O block belongs to the GE Fanuc series 90-30 I/O module product line. It has four input circuits and two output circuits. This analog I/O module with rated voltage and current offers five analog power ranges of 0 to 10 volts DC, +/-10 volts DC, +/-5 volts DC, 0 to 5 volts DC, and 4 to 20 MA. The IC660BBA100 analog I/O module also offers optional input filtering times up to 1024 ms. If the communication process is interrupted, each output can save its final state or default value. It is backward compatible with its earlier versions and is also compatible with the GE family IC697, IC600 and IC550 PLCS. The electronic block of the module can be replaced without changing the field wiring and configuration of the module.

The IC660BBA100 analog I/O module features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter that converts input signal current or voltage to a digital value. The converted signal can be scaled to integers to be represented in engineering units. The output circuit is connected to a 12-bit digital-to-analog converter that converts the processed value into a voltage or current output signal. The IC660BBA100 analog I/O module also automatically calibrates 2 converters to ensure accurate performance. In each bus scan, it transmits 8 bytes of input data and 4 bytes of output data. The user can monitor the input and output values in integer form through the handheld monitor. Connect AC power to terminals 6 and 7 to supply power to the module. Ensure that fuses rated at 250 volts and 1/8 amps are connected in series to the power connector. The 2 status leds on the panel provide the status of the module.
