GE Fanuc IC693CBL324 Terminal Board interface cable is an I/O interface cable assembly for the 90-30 series PLC cable system. This cable connects the DSM module to the IC693ACC336 auxiliary terminal board and the IC693ACC355 shaft terminal board. The IC693CBL324 Terminal board interface cable provides up to 1 meter (3.28 ft) cable connection to the DSM module and shaft terminal or servo shaft terminal. The IC693ACC336 auxiliary terminal board has two 36-pin connectors labeled "DSM" and "SERVO" for connecting DSM modules. The DSM module also features servo shaft connectors A, B, C and D for digital and analog servo connections. The IC693CBL324 Terminal board interface cable has a 36-pin connector on one end of the cable for connecting to the 36-pin DSM port on the auxiliary terminal board and another 36-pin connector on the other end for connecting to the PL2 connector on the DSM module.

The DSM module requires the IC693ACC355 shaft terminal board or auxiliary terminal board to be connected via an IC693CBL325 (3 m long) or IC693CBL324 (1 m long) terminal board interface cable to access servo shaft I/O data, such as over-the-range input, origin switch input, or strobe input. When installing, if the application needs to use the IC693ACC335 shaft terminal board to access I/O data, such as over-the-range or origin restricted inputs, connect the 36-pin connector end of the IC693CBL324 terminal board interface cable to the terminal block connector labeled "DSM" on the shaft terminal board. And connect the other end of the cable to the connector marked "A" on the servo axis 1, or the servo axis 2 marked "B" on the DSM module.
