The IC697MDL940 is a 90-70 series Programmable Logic controller (PLC) module, specifically a relay output module with a total of sixteen (16) relay output channels. Specifically, it has eight (8) Type C contact outputs and eight (8) Type A or normally open (N.O.), with each channel divided into two (2) groups of four (4) type A contacts per group. The module has a nominal rated voltage of 120/240 VAC or 5/24/125 VDC, with a maximum power consumption of 480 VA for AC loads and 60 watts for DC loads. It has a maximum rated load current of 2.0 amps from 5 to 265 VAC at 47-63 Hz; 2.0 amps, 5 to 30 VDC; 0.2 amps from 31 to 125 VDC and 0.2 amps from 31 to 150 VDC are available only for Type A contact output, while the module has a minimum load current of 10 mA. When used with inductive loads, the maximum response time of On and Off signal conversion for each output channel is 10 ms and the switching frequency is 20 times per minute.
