24VDC or 18VAC
1,500VDC or 1,100VRMS Interchannel and interchannel VMEbus isolation
Pulse accumulation (0 to 65,535 pulses)
Channel-by-channel event
Sequential (SOE) monitoring dejitter time is controlled by software on a channel-by-channel basis
The measurement interval was 1.0ms
The State Change (COS) function is controlled by software on a channel-by-channel basis
COS select (disabled, rising edge (conversion from low to high), falling edge (conversion from high to low), or any edge
Short circuit or standard, monitored, unprivileged, or both
One of the interrupt levels is selected by the user
Compliant with ANSI/IEEE STD C37.90.1-1989 surge protection when used with Companion suppression panel
Apply
If the Digital Input Board is programmed to detect COS at both the rising and falling edges, the minimum time for each state is 2ms. Therefore, 4ms is the minimum period for continuous input signals.
Each input channel is independent and processed separately, so activity on one channel does not affect the others. COS on one channel can be detected and stored when the debouncer is timed on another channel. Since all inputs are simultaneously latched every millisecond, and they are processed separately, there can be at least 1 millisecond between events occurring on different channels.
State change detection
State change detection can be programmed for rising edges (transitions from low to high), falling edges (transitions from high to low), or rising and falling edges. In addition, COS detection can generate interrupts or be disabled.
